CBT is a practical, evidence-based therapy which helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings and emotions are connected. Together we'll build tools to break unhelpful patterns to make space for the life you want to lead.

IFS is a gentle, curious approach which helps you understand different parts of yourself, such as inner critics, managers and wounded parts.

EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that can help people heal from distressing and traumatic experiences, as well as phobias, insomnia and addictions.

I offer a supportive space to explore and make sense of psychedelic experiences, helping you integrate insights into everyday life.
